First time trying Dragon House Restaurant it was very good. We ordered takeout and everything was hot and delicious. We will order again.

My daughter and I visited this restaurant on Friday November 2, 2018. We went inside there was a lady on the phone taking orders she was busy and there was an employee playing on her phone not paying attention to us. My daughter and I found a spot to sit. We waited for the employee to ask us what we wanted to drink or even acknowledge us, never happened! Two young men came in and she immediately asked them if they needed help and took thier drink orders while my daughter and I watched. She still didnt acknowledge us, we got up and left and no one asked us why we were leaving! Worst customer service ever and we definitely will not go back! It's a shame because it is close to where we live and my daughter really wanted it! I cant give 0 stars if I could I would!

Got take out for lunch and the chicken fried rice was awesome. The egg roll was a pleasant surprise and very tasty. Grabbed a large portion for dinner and the wife said it was excellent too.....A+, highly recommend.

We had the Hunan chicken and sesame chicken. Both were tasty served as fair size portions and decently priced. I asked for 1/2 sweet and unsweet tea, received it, just be ready for instant tea not fresh brewed. Good service, pleasant wait staff.

Food was old, like it was cooked days ago. Not a good experience

I work at a school so I order from them almost every other day because they deliver. The only complaint are the wings the majority of the time always taste old and reheated. Sometimes I luck up if they happen to cook them that day. Most Of the time they reheat them from the day before if they have some left over. Other than that the food is really good.

Customer service was wonderful and helpful, food was Delicious, took the perfect amount of time. And I know I'll enjoy it a second time with my left overs. I cant wait to come back again on my lunch or dinner!!

They only received two stars because the food is decent. They have a score of 86 , I would never eat in the dining room, looks dark and dirty. The tall white gentleman that seems to help over the weekend is really nice. The owner ( Asian woman always at register) is straight up evil. Expect her to never smile and practically toss your food at you. Especially if you are black and you have already paid.

Great food and service. My husband left his wallet there for a couple of days before we realized where it could be. He called up there and they had it! Nothing was out of place/missing. Very genuine people. Always and forever will be loyal customers.

Not sure I'll clean the kitchen is but I'll tell you this that's the best Chinese Japanese Asian whatever you want to call it using there is of course their menus American eyes the cigar taste but I will tell you this the kids that work there are the sweetest young man and they always provide great service and great food more than reasonable price

The food is horrible. It is so greasy or oily. This garbage made me so sick. I called and spoke with the owner and to no avail. They need to replace these cooks or learn how to cook. If you patronize them is; because you cannot cook or do not know how good food is suppose to tatse.

Today was my first visit to the restaurant, and the food was good. I’m very picky about trying new restaurants, but this was close to my house. It was a great pick, the honey chicken, shrimp fried rice, and spring roll was really delicious. I will be going back, and the staff was friendly.

I live very close to the Dragon House & I eat there 3 times a month, my Wife & I have never had bad service or bad food from the Dragon House!! We have eaten several different items from the menu & everyone has been delicious and plentiful! We never have to wait more than a minute or two for our food when we get there. (We call in our order) They will tell you that its going to be 15 minutes. They are usually right on the money. The only complaint that I have about the Dragon House is that it is usually very warm in there!! Needs Air Conditioning. Update--now one additional complaint we visited on Saturday August 17th of 2019 only to find that they are now going to be closed on Monday and the prices have gone up! Our usual order of $25 has increased to $35 and some change! With that being said I don't think it's fair to the customers that because they are closing an extra day of the week that they should pass the buck on to the customers by increasing the prices!!

I go to this nice place a lot! This is my favorite place to pass a nice evening. I go there regularly. The cooking is very tasty, the staff is helpful and the price is good. I enjoy going in this spot over a decent meal.

This place is doubtless one of the finest place in the area. Anytime I go there I am very pleased. They keep their very high level service and the topmost level of meals they serve. You are always happy with this restaurant. Warmly recommended.

I travel to a different city every day for work and this is one of the best I've had in a long time. Fresh, tasty, good portion and great customer service.

Great Chinese food. My Singapore Mei Fun was freshly prepared and tasty. Every order in my party was well above average. The food as well as the low prices made it worth the service being a little below par. It was obvious that they were under staffed on the night that I was there. I will go back again as for me quality of food far trumps service.

Past this spot , not really Paying it any attention... Tha boo and I wanted Chinese food though, kept driving and he says “ want to try the place we pasted “? , I said sure. Looked up the reviews and they were decent. We made a u-turn and parked. Walked in , we were immediately greeted , sat down , took our drinks. Received these chips with warm sweet and sour sauce, very good. Then appertizer Chinese Doughnuts ( I have them at home exactly like this as it is very easy to make ) delicious. Food was on point!!!! Serving size was perfect for me though I couldn’t eat it all. Only thing I’d say , I wish I told them to put the sweet and sour sauce on the side ( my chicken was soaked in the sauce ) but over all I enjoyed the place. We will definitely go back. Friendly, clean and good food.

The owner of this business was making crab lagoons without any protective gloves on(can you say call the health board).

Great food & service. Restaurant is on the smaller side, which is perfect for cozy meals with friends/family, and if you're dining solo you won't stand out. Friendly helpful staff. They're attentive whether you're dining in or ordering takeout. The fried rice is flavorful on its own without soy sauce.

They messed up my food and did not want to replace it. They were very rude and did not want to take responsibility for the mess up. I will never order from them again just rude!!!

Ordered the Kung Pao Chicken...the sauce was sweet and like supposed to be spicy...this is a tasty sauce and goes well with white rice so you can taste it. It came with alot of diced vegetables maybe just a tad bit less vegetables and more chicken but wow that sauce was tasty.

Ate here on 2/3/13 at 9PM. The service was polite and prompt. Clean and friendly environment. The egg drop soup was delicious and hot. The dinner plate I had also included a Crab Rangoon and non-vegetarian egg roll. Both were very good. The main plate was plentiful for the very affordable price. I ate a full meal plus tip for $10, so there's absolutely nothing to complain about. So glad I stumbled past the restaurant on my exit from the interstate. Give them a try!

Service was good that's what the star is for. Pepper steak and rice was good too but the egg rolls and spicy mustard were horrible tooooo watered down
